Unfortunately, my experience was riddled with issues. The elevators were not easily accessible, and I felt the staff was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I was charged twice for my stay and have yet to receive a refund despite paying in advance.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was incredibly comfortable, featuring pillow soft mattresses that ensured a restful night's sleep. The large desk and ergonomic chair were perfect for getting some work done, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for family movie nights.

Loved the pillow-soft mattresses! I slept like a baby. The seasonal outdoor pool was a nice touch, too. But, the elevators were hard to access, which was a bit frustrating. 😅

Couple getaway with minor flaws

The bistro in the lobby had a fantastic 'egg white frittata' one morning. I mean, I still dream about that dish, it was amazing. Their staff was friendly and really attentive. We got helped quickly once we sat down.

It wasn’t affordable, but still, it was okay for a couple of nights.

Great free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. rooms need more upkeep.

Just had a two-night stay in the King Room with Sofa Bed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the pillow-soft mattresses. The room layout was spacious, which made it easy to move around. The bistro downstairs offered a nice Starbucks option, so grabbing coffee was a breeze. It was always nice to have that available. However, getting breakfast wasn't a good experience. Stood in line for a long time, and when I mentioned my order, the staff seemed a bit disorganized. The fruit I ordered was just a parfait sitting on the counter, and I didn’t have time for the tater tots because of the wait. The outdoor fire pit area was a lovely touch, providing a cozy spot to relax, but the elevators were tough to access. That was pretty frustrating. Overall, good stay but some areas need attention.
